Open, Transfer or Close an Account
Open an Account
To open an account you will need to fill out an Application in the Main Office and put up a deposit (deposit requirements) You will also have to bring two forms of identification including your driver's license, state issued ID (with photo), or social security card as well as your rent receipt (if applicable).
Transfer an Account
To Transfer an account you can call or come by the office. A $15.00 transfer fee will be charged to the transferred residential account.
Close an Account
To close an account you can call or come by the office. A final meter reading will be taken and a final bill will be calculated. The deposit will be applied to the final bill. If the deposit is more than the final bill, a refund will be mailed in three to four weeks.
