Budget Billing
Am I Eligible for Budget Billing? All residential customers that have lived at their current address for twelve consecutive months are eligible for Budget Billing.
How does Budget Billing Work? Using your previous twelve months usage, we calculate an average cost of your electric, water, sewer, and solid waste for the next calendar year (January thru December). You will pay that calculated average for the next twelve months. The following December, your average cost is automatically recalculated using your previous twelve month average, while making adjustments if you over or under paid during your current period.
How do I Sign Up? You can request an estimate by calling our Main Office at (662) 453-7234. Once you receive your estimate, you will need to sign and return it to the Main Office (c/o Customer Service, PO Box 866, Greenwood, MS 38935-0866) to begin Budget Billing.
