Greenwood Utilities issues all electrical, plumbing, gas, and mechanical permits for the City of Greenwood.
Once a permit is received, the construction must be inspected by the City Inspector.
All contractors must be licensed and bonded by the City of Greenwood.
A saw service can be requested for construction. There will be a $100 deposit to connect this service.
