Am I Eligible for Levelized Billing?
All residential customers that have lived at their current address for twelve consecutive months are eligible for Levelized Billing.
How does Levelized Billing Work?
Levelized Billing makes your bill predictable. With levelized billing your monthly bill is a continuing average of your usage for the most recent 12 months plus 1/12th of any prior balance. Because levelized bills use a rolling average, your monthly bill will vary slightly every month. Because changes in usage are averaged over a 12 month basis, there should never be a huge increase or decrease in your bill-even in cold winter and hot summer months.
How do I Sign Up?
You can request an estimate by calling our Main Office at (662) 453-7234. Once you receive your estimate, you will need to sign and return it to the Main Office (c/o Customer Service, PO Box 866, Greenwood, MS 38935-0866) to begin Levelized Billing.
